Aircelle’s centralized repair operation is inaugurated at Le Havre

Aircelle’s Engineering and Customer Support Departments today inaugurated the centralized repair center, which is located at the company’s Le Havre, France headquarters.

The new center brings together the Repair Support and Calculation teams for more effective treatment of repair solution requests, which is part of Aircelle’s strategy to further develop its services business and to adapt its operations to customers’ needs.

By co-locating the two teams, they will be able to work in unison, offering more effective repair solutions and provide the services within the contractually-agreed timelines.

In addition to reducing response times, the new plateau has the goal of handling 50 percent more repair solution requests by 2011.
