Business Improvement Initiative
The creation of Aircelle in early 2001 resulted in a strong and capable industrial base with considerable know-how in design, development and production.
Considering the importance of the issues at stake, the Improvement Plan and Total Quality Department was created with Didier Vigneron as VP of Total Quality and Continuous Improvement. A series of actions have been put in place to improve the overall performance of Aircelle:
The Action V program was tailored to Aircelle’s specific needs, taking into account the company’s industrial integration and the consolidation of its activities. It is an indispensable tool to realize the company’s objectives and to put into play all of the means that enable Aircelle to work at the levels of quality and reliability that its customers expect - while also maintaining the right economic performance for today’s economic environment.
The Action V logo is a representation of formation flight, underscoring the vision of a group unified in its pursuit of common goals. This symbol from nature underscores the efficiency achieved by collective effort and cooperation. The birds’ wings evoke Aircelle’s involvement in the international aerospace sector. |
